I would have and tried to shove a boy back in my woman....Certainly happy I ended up with a daughter.....
Mine is very insecure because of mom-So she is very attached to me and family right now..I dont have many issues with acting up or back talking etc,etc.....Thankfully---I'm sure once she gets all settled in-Things will be different though...
She is like a model... what big eyes... and rosy cheeks.. you would not think she has been through so much.. but she will be fine now with Dad... how old is she?akskirmish;2374542; said:

A quick run down on events----
I left the state of washington when she was only 6 months old (basically had to before i got into serious trouble over this).
Only visited me once up here when daughter was around the age of 1.5-
Found out at the barely age of 4 that my ex had taken her to a friends house to be watched-----Ex got into crack in the mean time..she ended up eaving my daughter at this persons house for over 2 months while she went on her binge....
Her friends finally got ahold of me and let me know the situation...I imediately got a lawyer and looked into my options....
Now I got full custody...
Mind you in this 5 years time-My ex has only had a phone for about a total of 2 months out of this time frame-
No car.no job.No house (bouncing around living with friends).couldn't afford to feed my daughter.Couldn't afford medical....Dental wise my daughter was a disaster....
Really a bad situation Liz...I couldn't stand to see this happen-So I took proper action...And won---Costed me way to much money and time to get what was rightfully mine....But the end situation out weighs all the bad...I am 100% truelly happy I choose this route to go---
Even since I wont custody-Mom has not even bothered to call her daughter once--Hell in the time since I have had her since last oct. she has only called her daughter twice total......Can we say ****in sad....
She is 5 liz...
Sorry for the long post...I kind felt it needed to be explaine a tad more..Sorry it's so broken and not all info is there---But i could easily make this a 100 page thread spewing a bunch of info no one cares about....
No child should have to grow up under those conditions.. and i am happy for this beautiful child her daddy came through for her... she needed to be rescued and fast.. in good safe hands now... she will grow secure..akskirmish;2374639; said:
awesome,I had to laugh because my cousins kids are the same looking age and the other day I asked them what they would be for haloween and the boy smiled,missing the same teeth,and the girl said he was going to go as a carved pumpkin,lol.Well,sounds like it was worth the fight,that stuff is hard,glad it worked out for you,big stuff right their it changes a persons entire life.You must be absolutely stoked.
custody battles suck but its nice to know shes in good hands, same things happening to a good friend, his ex got into drugs and hes trying to get the kid the only problem is he just got divorced for the fourth time so her lawers are kicking the vrap outta him. lawers may be expensive, but when it comes to this theyre worth every penny, great win
