Alarming little things

So i did my weekly water change for my tank and after a day i notice there was a lot of cluster of these little tiny things.
They are white and can move!

What are they? are they harmful to my fish?

Do i need to get rid of them? etc

55 tank with a 12 inch Midas. Vaccum and water change once per week. I feed him once a day. Filter are 2 Tetra 60 gallon HOB.
