Lidell should beat Babalou but you never know. is it some kind of tourny their having? I thought they couldnt fight cuz of the ufc not wanting to cross over to pride.

Na, it was more like 55-65 degrees the whole trip. Cooler in Alaska, but it was still very pleasent. It was definately a nice break from the 100 degree days we were having here in Chicago before I left. The only time it ever got a little cold was when we took the helicopter to the glacier and were walking around on top of it. Then the temperature got down in to the lower 30's, but that was expected standing on top of 500+ ft of ice.
I think it was more of the other way around - Pride not wanting to send their guys over to America to fight. Remember Chuck has been over there to fight before. I'm not sure, but it's my understanding that Wandy is signed to a three fight deal with UFC. His fight with Chuck is just sorta hype at this point. Chuck should probably win over Babalou and then fight Silva, but who knows what will happen. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
