I think the white knights look much better, I personally hate the look of albinos and their red eyes.

Those are hybrids, like OB peacocks. No way of knowing where they originated.
The page I linked says they were originally mixed with OB rock cichlids
I would think it would be easier to create by going with the OB peacock to the compressesp ?
