Wild caught yes. Unique not so much. Theres a good amount of albino Annectens floating around. Awesome fish to own still. Wish mine was as big as yours.
Did not know albino annectes were comum... i have never seen before. I always see photos and videosof aethiopicus and dollois. I thought.it was weird like my 20 years.leucistic SAL
From what I’ve heard there’s a spot they’re finding these guys. Naturally occurring wild caught albino is pretty rare so not exactly common. But probably more common than the other species you listed. Haven’t seen the albino of other species in a while.
Oh man i’m Stupid. My mistake. I mixed up aethiopicus with an annectens. You are absolutely correct that is a unqiue piece. I remember seeing one like this in an old thread. I’ll see if I can find it.
Awesome find! I’ve been looking for an albino annectens. They’re a lot more active then aethiopicus and always looking for food and really good at making Fish disappear slowly lol

Looks like an annectens in the thread but not enough pics to Id for sure. according to that thread we shouldn’t be able to tell until it reaches over 3 feet but personally i think the annectens have a much shorter snout than the aetheiopicus.

I saw this poster before and i was in doubt too.... i saw one pic of a piebald lungfish once and i thing.it was a WAL too. Very nice fish
