Not always :naughty: You don't need a licence to keep an asian arowana, do you?

Breeding sea turtles in captivity is really tricky, untill recently I didnt even know if it was possible but it is, some like the cayman islands turtle farm have acomplished it. Because they are so few in existence, if there even is another ridley, it would be a very long term project and then the ofspring would be only to zoos. And I beleave that in the states is needed a licence

Thats what I was thinking. Getting asian aros and pignoses are one thing, sea turtles are another thing entirely.
Thats like buying a panda off of someone.
