Albino Bushynose Plecostomus HELP?!?!?!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It could of been the sailfin. I had one that was a real bastard although as a general rule your royal is more agressive.

yeah, but like I mentioned, my plecos are fairly calm and the Albinos didn't show any signs of abuse or fighting so IMO it either has to be stress induced or water quality. I'm still leaning torwards stress though. I am actually in the middle of changing all my tank setups so hopefully I'll have a more reliable system going. The Polypterus' will be going in the 30 gallon and my Clown Loach will be moved to the 29 gallon with my Electric Blue Jack Dempsey. I sold the Festivums and the Ram Cichlid last night so the Polypterus' will only have to deal with the 2 plecos and a catfish. The 30 gallon is also a half a foot longer so until I get my large tank build done, this will give them a few more inches to swim around.
The updated stock list will be as followed:
30 Gallon Aquarium:
-(1) Endlicheri Bichir
-(1) Nigerian Senegalus
-(1) Pimelodella Four Line Catfish
-(1) Marbled Sailfin Plecostomus
-(1) Royal Plecostomus

29 Gallon Aquarium:
-(1) Electric Blue Jack Dempsey Cichlid
-(1) Clown Loach
-(1) Synodontis Multipunctatus X Eupterus Catfish [Hybrid]
-(1) Rhino Plecostomus
-(1) Inspector Plecostomus
-(1) Spotted Rubber Plecostomus

I advise you invest in an API master test kit and test the water yourself. Ime when a shop tests your water and says everything is good....it usually isn't. So until you test it yourself u would attribute the deaths to water quality...just my 2 cents.
