Better yet, don't get any kind of irrdescent shark at all. They get way to big for most tanks, like to live in shoals and are fast moving pelagic fish.

i know, i know once i get experienced dA tank will be huge!
at least 1500gallons(10' 5' 4')

are there any people that keep them in a tank?
how big is the tank and the fish?

well actually i know one guy, marshy that has one in a 280gallon with many other fish!

rockygoldy saw your video right now.LOVE IT!!
is it an albino irid and a silver arowana?
and are the other black fish all irid sharks?

thought so, since they were too round for a shark and plus the "sting" on the back wasn't visible.
"sting" kinda looks like a stingray tail don't it.

oh by dA way, do people still sell black pacus?
if so , who??

My shoal is currently in a 180 since they're all about 4" now. I got them at 2" and the 180 was fine for them. I just got in another 650gal. A local welding shop is constructing the stand for the new setup and I just finished the W/D assy that'll handle the 3000gph flow to the new tank. I'll plumb the setup once the stand arrives and transfer the shaol after the tank 'pops'.
