it's a hypothalmus. you can tell easily since; first they rarely have albino santiwongsei.
and 2nd; santiwongsei has a needle like fin on the tips; like angelfish

That's what I thought.. I was 99% sure. The fins are a dead give away like you said and albino paroons are uber rare. Just wanted to get more input.
