I wanted to chime in here. My lutino oscar has this same mouth deformity that began when he was 3 inches. The same exact side of the mouth too. It wasn't like this when I first bought him and seemed to happen overnight. Mine doesn't have any problem eating tho. I think its just genetics. At first I thought maybe its an injury from lip locking or he injured himself on the substrate. Whatever it is, I see your oscar has the same issue and albinos and lutinos have genetic problems it seems like. I guess now I know that it won't go away so I guess I'll just have to get used to it.
