Are there any types of piranha which are albino or plat? I once heard someone keeping an albino red bellied piranha.

^ probably just a light color variation? i can't imagine a white/pinkish color piranha would last long in the wild...and then the odds that someone would catch it, most likely when it's still a baby. probably extremely slim
