Albino Whiptail ID

Hey guys, while I worked on a fish farm in Florida I found this guys in his tank and I was wondering what species is he? My boss just called it an albino whiptail.

Here is the picture, it's the only one I have and it was taken on my phone.

looks like an albino royle farlowella to me
not a L-10a

Maybe not a royal but it is a farlowella from the looks of it. I just think it's not a royal because of the short fins.
