algae attack lol

i really dont understand where its coming from. ive switch the light off all day today. came back from work and the water is greenish in colour now.
LIL one also in there seems to be stressed out , i think maybe water parameters not good.
planning to do a big water change today posibly 75% change.
and might also removed the gravels in there.
 
Try phosphate remover or phosphate removing filter floss in your filters.

My consern now is why is he all stress out and so innactive. Usually also eat like a pig but have stop eating since yesterday.

Removed all gravels. Replaced bulbs ti weaker one. and did about 40% water change. This is my two aquarium set up weirdly my other aquarium doesnt have any algae growing mad . U can see how green my sponge filter is. And that happend within two days.
