Algae control

Hey guys
One of my tanks have huge windows in the room. Get tons of algae on the glass every four days or so. Has anyone tried Algaefix or anything that’s safe for rays?

You’ve seemed to solve the cause on your own. So long as that tank is right by the window, algae growth will be insane.
I don’t know much about rays, so I won’t personally suggest chemicals that may or may not be safe.
For me, increased water changes plus an algae magnet (much easier and faster to clean algae with this) made a huge difference in how much algae I saw despite being right up to a window.

Not sure. Sadly don’t keep fw rays. I’m in Florida.
