I let algae grow on the back and sides of my tanks always thought it made a great background

Nice I have been tossing around the idea of a Brackish Hair Algae tank for some time! This might of inspired me to finally do it!

Some algae started growing in my tank and I decided to let it go and see what happened. I actually think its growing well and looking nice

I agree looks great just one thing tho Levi that branch you got in there ! did you get it out of your garden or something ? or did you buy it ?

If you did get it from the garden or the woods or where ever it will proberbly dis colour your water and end up rotting in your tank unless you have gone through the proper procedure of boiling it and then baking it.

But i'm sure you knew that ...lol

We got it from a local water source....completely water logged. Its the same place we get all of our driftwood I've had the peice for a while with no problems
