Algae help!!

i need to know what i can do about brown algae build up in my tank, i didn't clean it for a few weeks do to working a lot of hours and now the glass is covered.is there some type of pleco i can get that will take care of most of it. i really need some help its starting to effect 2 of my chichlids and the other 2 are harassing them a lot.

If it's brown algae it should wipe away easily with your hand. Or get a bristle/bushy nose pleco. I prefer the regular brown variety, I've had better survival rate with cichlids. Maybe they aren't as obvious to the fish as the albino variety.

Get a few Nerite snails. They love that stuff

Do a water change as your nitrates are probably high
