Algae on a Lung ?

Well.. I cleaned my lungs tank today...it was full of green water and algae... And So was my lung... Is this normal..? Algae growing the fish..?

This is after i wiped him with a wet sponge...

never seen it, except on turtles.

You may have done the right thing by scrubbing, but it looks awfull, now.....

it looks like slime algae which is actually bacteria

It cos be due to the fact that lungfish barely move and its had to chance to settle and grow.

Never seen or heard of anything like it though.
