algae question??????????????????

could my green water be from no evaporation or live plants rotting or my glass tops getting to hot creating algae and dripping in the tank im baffled never had this happen and this is my third tank if you have answers please help i need solutions with out chemicals the best one i will use

im no plant expert but maybe 7-8 i think if you dose with excel it should help.but we should let the experts chime in first

What's he gonna do, suck all the tank water and filter the algae out with his gills?

i got a 6 inch hifin pleco but it aint enough it aint sticking to anything it just in the water now

most pleco dont really eat algea, depending on your stock, amino shrimp, and chinese algea eaters both will work, also a UV steralizer should do the trick

i dont have the money for a uv sterilizer there like $300 what else would work
