Who needs a spaceship when you can astral project?
 
I believe that there is life that exists other than just on our planet. Do I believe in all of the UFO sightings? No, but few do raise some questions.
To say that we have the only planet with life on it is just an opinion. There is no proof. There are hundreds of unexplored planets out there, and somewhere there could be that one other that has life on it, maybe even had life on it.
Until some legitimate proof comes up, or we have the technology to explore outside of our solar system, the idea of "Aliens" will remain a mystery.

i like to imagine aliens as 2' tall hairless squirrels
