hello my tanks seem to be acting funny i keep testing them and they've been saying very high in alkaliney. i've never really had this problem before it used to be they were acidic but i cleared that up i have'nt added any chemicals besides this stuff that keeps up the beneficial bacteria, and some slime coat stuff and i always put in the recomended dosage. any ideas? i'll be grateful

its like really up there if rember right 8.4-7.8 or something like that its high thats all i know

Have you added coral or some other dissolvable, calcified item like seashells to the tank?

i never added coral or anything like that and i get water from a well

Your well water could have changed, if the vein you get your water from was diverted or overpowered by another vein coming from a different area you could have the exact opposite water chemistry. Test the water coming from your tap and see if it is what it use to be.
