Wow, awesome tanks!
In the one with the oscars, what are the plants you have on the top? I've been wanting to get some plants I can stick the roots of in my tank.

Thank you. They are Spathyphyllum peace lillies, diffenbachia, and pothos at the top with roots submerged.

I like the way you keep fish.(properly and how they should be kept).
Very impressive set ups with considered sensible stocking.Nice natural looking aquscapes with the needs of the fish catered for.Great job.

love the natural look, how are the plants arranged in the big tank?

The wood is stacked up against the rear of the tank about 8 inches below the surface, the plants are then planted in the nooks and crannies.

Nice SA set up and they are not crowded tanks like many of us. Didn't know you keep discus. Do you have a RO unit to blend the water. I have trouble keeping soft water fish healthy in my medium hard tap water.
