Before you move your tank,(if you havent already). Double check the tank with a level not just front to back, but all the corner to corners also. Sometimes it only takes the smallest bit of unlevelness to bust out a aquarium.

Damn, that sucks, dude. It sounds like you need to have some words with that guy. It seems that he owes you a lot more than a new tank, too. To be honest, I wouldn't take a new one from him. His product is obviously crap, so I think you should be compensated financially.

I just lost a whole tank, too. It sucks, but don't quit. Think about it for a while before you make that decision.

Probably find a cheap or free tank that size or larger if you go around yard sales enough, and better quality. That guy is a scammer.

id go fiber all the way if u dont wana spend a lot of cash. it doesnt rust, its cheap and it lasts long. plus u can get very large fiber glass tubs. peace check out necro's tubs. pretty cool
