Pellets are different...... Flakes? Come on now.......

Good news though...... IF I give them flakes 3-5 times a day they no longer feel the need to de-scale eachother. I actually saw them swimming together last night........ Does this mean I can put them in a bigger tank yet? Lil bastids can't hardly swim......

i just see more de-scaling.
my old ones ate flakes as well...
hell...they even ate carrots.

When would you recommend moving them to say a 55?

what are all the dimensions of the 55 and the 20 lol.
im not good with remembering what dimensions for what size tank.

55 is 48 by 12 by 18?

Probobly pushing 4 inches.

how many do you have?
the key to these guys is pretty much like brycon or exodons.
except they dont eat scales.....
try having lots of dithers and floating plants as well.

So pretty much the same as any pred you're trying to keep together that you shouldn't be......LOL

Plants and dithers are a big 10-4, CHECK! They're in there...... When I say dithers I mean 4 goldfish (buddy system.... 1 per Dorado) and when I say floating plants I mean 1. Cause that's all that will fit.

are they doing any serious damage to each other?
there will always be a bit of scrapping though.
try getting a few more fast-moving dithers.
IMO keep them in the 20 long til theyre about 6 inches before moving them.
