All glass mega flow model.3 sump

I bought a used 75 gallon tank today. It came with the mega flow sump model 3. When we have been trying to set it up water dont seem to want to flow.down to the sump from the tank? Does anyone have the instructions for this filter? I have tried searching and cant find it online.

That bend in the hose cold be messing up you flow but shouldn't completely stop it. What happens when you turn the pump on?

It empties the sump box.

My guess would be it is trapping air in the loop you have that is actually in the sump. Cut the line an inch or so longer so that it has a more direct route to you sump. What type of overflow are you using

If it's emptying the sump and the pump is running dry while it's running you need to add water up to the top line until. The top Line is your max water height while it's running.
