im gonna try to fatten it up and see how it turns out that way its gonna be easier to identify.

It's a large mouth for sure - I catch em' bare hook for fun every spawning season out at our public lake. If they're left in the sun in murkier waters they will develope the green color you're looking for.

Trippy that they came in with africans.

yea. thats what threw me off. large mouths are native so i dont get how it ended up in africa

yea, i dont even want to worry about it anymore. im glad this bass got known.

thanks. wish you were in socal. i find it not worth paying shipping for these fishes. very fragile at the size. very nice fishes though.
