  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
But i have a 125 gals tank sitting in my living room empty ready to set up when i move to bigger place later this year .
So i might get a juvenile Red empress and German red (too small to tell their sex )
yellow lab,Eureka red,Red should , Lemon jack, Blue dorsal, Red regal , Baenschi (medium size all male)
So 12 may be 13 in my temp 60 tank. They will be move to 125 later .
What do you think? Sound like a plan?

We feed New Life Spectrum Cichlid 2mm pellet formula.

Just moved out all our Hap/Peacock's (all males) from our 60 gallon to our new 90 gallon just last night.

If you plan on keeping an all male hap/peacock tank, I would suggest picking fish with differing colours.

For example, our German Red Peacock (actually...he's yellow.....our is....go figure!) absolutely hated it when we added a Lemon Jake (Undu Reef) and hounded that guy relentlessly. Eventually we had to swap the Lemon Jake for a different coloured fish after German Red killed the first one (we didn't know who did it...one morning he was alive, after work he wasn't!)

It also helps to have a standby tank setup and ready to go incase you have "trouble makers" who need to be seperated. Some fish are jerks to others....yet others are as peaceful as can be.

Some combo's work out...other's don't.
