The only way you could do peacocks in that tank is if they are all from a single brood. I'd still be sketchy about it too though. You'd also have to do a single type and not mix if you wanted to try it. My corner tanks isn't a very big footprint and I currently have 25 peacocks in it. 20 are from the same birth/brood. I only have 2 that don't seem to get along and they are different type.
But I would recommend lots and lots of caves and tons of places to hide and swimm through if you try it. Stack it as high as you can to expand the foot print by making levels in the tank!
