That’s the plan but he needs to put on some more size. He is around 12” but not nearly big enough to go in general population he will get destroyed.

Cichla intermedia too! I bought as intermedia and I think they are... Don't you?
In fact I bought this group of 10 Cichlas as: intermedia, orinocensis, kelberi and melaniae.

In fact, the 2 Cichlas I think they are orinocensis never move with the rest of the group and do not appear on the previous photos.
