That's like the display this guy puts on at a nearby softball field....and he's been doing it since before the law changed.I'll bet you the fire fighters really love that!
Fire works are strictly forbidden in LB. I will post some pics of what happens on the beach. One year they actually tried to crack down on it. I don't think it went over very well.
When I moved here back in the 90s I was totally amazed. The private "illegal" shows on the beach got more applause than the big show near the Queen Mary.
States have their own weird laws....here it's illegal to sell cars on Sunday.Its funny you can buy fireworks here year round lol. I guess it's a perk of living in a poor state.
