For big fish, I'd look less agressive trigger (Niger or Pink tail), large tang (naso, purple, large sailfin) or a large angel.
As far as eels, if you are starting small you could get a zebra and snowflake, or two zebras. If you plan to upgrade in the future, you will be fine. If not, you may need to sell one of them in a couple of years time.
