I can't stand when somebody puts a completely awful, blurry fish picture on a thread and they want you to sex it. You know, the ones that look like they were trying to capture a picture of a running Sasquatch.

woah. I don't see what the big deal is? So not everyone is a pro at photography give em a break. I dont think ewurm will feel comfy in this thread. he's notorious for taking 'ewurm quality' pics

I don't know... out of the couple thousand pics I have taken of my fish only a few are even close to what my fish really look like.

Here is my example. Which picture looks better? One reflects how the fish looks, one is close-- but a bit off. Both are decent pictures.

So, if the top pic is the BEST I can get, why is it so bad to say that the fish does look better. More times than not it's true!
