In my "short "experience with these type of fish, they compare with Thalassophryne Amazonica in little.

They are allways on the look out, active ( as far as active goes with these fish ) and do not hide.

The Thalassophryne live under the sand. They must come out at night because feeders disappear, now and then.

The Thalassophryne Amazonica, on the other hand, are full fresh.
