I think the tigers in the wild are crossing with each other to make up the odd bars and to prove this you can see it in Frontosa

Eg. If you take a brundi frontosa (5 stripes) and cross it with a kigoma frontosa (6 stripes), the offspring will have odd bars

3 bars IT, ST with IT tail marking, and etc etc, might have cross one or another at some point!

a IT can not cross breed with a ST in the wild as they come from different locations unless they can swim millions of miles and walk on land :D

still the fish posted looks nothing like a ST by you saying you missed out on a almost ST that can be said for the millions of IT owners world wide

at the end of the day it doesn't matter you missed out and that should be the end of it if i posted pics of fish i missed out on i could post pics of any fish for sale and say look what i missed out on

i missed out on a $68k snow aro dam I'm gutted :ROFL:
