when a tank looks that good when it's not even setup yet, you know it's going to be spectacular! I definitely think that having driftwood that sticks out of the tank is a great idea. and for stocking i would personally do five or six bleeding hearts and maybe a dozen or so kerri tetras to start off

nice idea :) the blue/red mix would be cool, and i love the bleeding hearts. although i dont think ive ever seen the kerri tetras locally though

keep an eye out, my lfs never gets anything cool and we were able to get some a few weeks back, we got them as blue emperor tetras
 
I think some diamond tetras, lemon tetras, and cardinals would look real nice. With some rams, or maybe some type of apisto. and a small panda cory school.
