Oh and look what else I got in today, a 1.5yr old bush of anubias!!! Have it in a lit tub until I get the tank going. Will be adding lots of excel to keep it strong
common congos are cool but played out. I had a shoal myself but but it got borning cause everyone and their brothers had a shoal. You should look into getting a shoal of "red congo tetras" I've seen them on aquabid a few times. Yellow congos are nice too but I like the red ones more. And a shoal of torpedos

and 'played out' doesnt bother me. it's not like i'm making a fashion statement with my fish, or if there some designer accessory that if i wear too much people make fun of me
