So he feels safe then. Mine in the 75 do, the ones that I had in the 120 I only saw where none of the large fish could get to them. IE never in the open during the day. Obviously they would eat all over during the night, but well eh you get my point.
 
Snails are eventully going to be eaten as well. I used a dozen or so reg. and gold mystery snails to cycle my tank. They were empty shells in a couple of months once the fish got to them. So far my plecos are doing good an active by day. My tank has changes directions in the last month and is now almost completely Tang., no more Mbuna. This I think is the reason the plecos are still fine. Other plecos in the past were harrassed and eventully picked to death.
