I'm in Chandler now but was in Scottsdale -

Gila's - I 've seen 5 since I lived here along with horney toads and some funky cool desert creatures including the Brown Recluse. Tree scorpions are pretty nasty (smaller the worse relative to bites). The cat used to corner them on our house in Scottsdale until we got the house "sealed".

Fun times in the sand...

Yeah here we have bark scorpions that have a nasty sting and the widows and recluses too but nothing big and cool like a desert hairy or a gila.
