Initially, mine ate only frozen blood worms, but i guess he could only get so much out of them so he start eating hikari floating meant for black aro ... very interesting how he eats. he sorta twists his whole body to get the pellet. he also filters out pellets uneaten by aro.

It is so much easier now that he eats pellets (in the shop apparently he ate meal worms as well) - did not try though

Size problem? There is a size problem? heheh i got him exactly because of the potential size. My only worry was that it won't reach that monster size - though now that it eats pellets i have a feeling he will be fine.

Yes, video is definitely in order - when he eats pellets of the surface is kinda cool and different. Also, the baby ray eats pellets of the surface too - very cute
