Your landlord does not a problem with large fishtanks in the apartment? If a tank should break, who pays for the structural damages? Does your renters insurance cover that?

That was the first thing i asked before i signed my lease. I wad told there is no size limitations. If it broke id be out of pocket for damages on all except the carpet which has to be replaced anyways
