am i overstocked?(400 gal)

heres my stocking list for my 400gal cylindrical (4 1/2 ft diameter & 4 ft tall):


1 tiger O 14 inch
1 tiger O 8 inch
3 albino oscars 8- 10 inch
3 cascadura (fully grown) 6 inch
1 peruvian O 14 inch
4 schooling fish(maybe barbs of some kind) pale orange complexion red tails(tips of tails)
last night i added:
1 severum 5 inch
1 jaguar cichlid 4 inch
2 jewel cichlids 2 1/2 - 3 inch
 
yes,cylidrical tanks do not really have a large foot print,so you are limited to the type of fish you can keep,especially the oscars.
 
Can your filter cope?
Do you have a nice current going around the tank?

if yes to both of those you are on the right track.
You do have a lot of oscars tho..
 
Oh and i was contemplating the idea of getting a big glass aquarium in my room but my room is in the tropics so it'd be about 28-32 degrees celcius in the day then in the night i put the a/c on something like 22 celcius so i guess i'd need a powerful heater and i was thinking anout 140 gal something in that range and pit the 2 jewels a tiger O and maybe buy some other cool cichlids for the tank
(would the jag be able to go with a O and 2 jewels for life?)
 
ummm right now my filter system is terribly inadequate a 380 gal an/h pump into a big canister filter but pushing about 1 ft 1/2 of head
planig to get an additional pump something like 2000 gal an hour pump pushing through a 55 gallon plastic drum
 
oscars like long swimming spaces and will not like that at all. if your wanting the fish to be happy then even though that is alot of water, it is not the type of tank that the oscars will like, i doubt all those would get along either.
 
they get along great 2 of them we rescued from a 20 gallon tank and the 4 barbs were rescued from my brothers bathtub when i started leaking and my mom went out and bought those other cichlids for my birthday and the smaller oscar was a gift from my uncle many of the fish i didn't really want.....
 
oh sweet combo then! but oscars would prefer a longer tank but its your tank man! noone can force you to do something other than what you want.
 
Yes. All those Oscars are going to make a mess of things. I suggest removing a few of them. And btw, Jewel cichlids are africans that don't mix well with Americans.
