Yes gallon is nice in that it can dilute biological waste to some degree but footprint matters way more sounds like an awesome showtank though for 2 or 3 of the individuals listed

Yes. All those Oscars are going to make a mess of things. I suggest removing a few of them. And btw, Jewel cichlids are africans that don't mix well with Americans.

You're wrong. While Jewel cichlids are African, they're not from the rift lakes and are incompatible with most other African cichlids. They do well in CA/SA setups and are commonly kept in such.
