It would be fine, you will have to adjust the number of loaches as they grow. Not sure your tanks would hold a hoard of twenty five 8-12" loaches

The numbers are fine, but I would just cut back on the loaches... There is never too many polys. They stay in tight packs.

A ten sen bichir pile really isn't that big at all. With a tank that size i'd get a lot more than ten, honestly.
