lol ya only one 5 inch severum. Once i get my my kit in I want to monitor the nitrates each days over five days and see how often I need to do water changes. As for boogeyman, 10-14 days per water change? that just sounds crazy.

I would do 50% water changes every week too.

I'd up the barb shoal size to 5 personally but other than that it seems okay. I'm not really sure how American tank sizes work so I won't get into the 'Severum is too big' debate because I don't know what your tank measurements are but keep in mind they will reach 10-12" and need at least a 4ft tank.
