Green Terror, 6.5", J.D. 7 " Tiger Oscar 6, Oscar 7.5, 2 balas, 2 gold fish, convict, pleco birchir in a 125, aqua clear filter, and sump

In your 125g tank?

I am sure some will say that you are, and if they do they would really say that I am.
I say as long as you keep up on water changes, have excellent filtration and all water parameters stable and at good levels go for it.

my 125 holds
1 Trimac 6"
1 Synspilum 5"
1 Zonatus 4"
1 Bifa 5.5 "
1 Marbled Pike 8"
1 Johanna Pike 5.5"
1 Xingu Pike 6"
I had an Argentea but it Passed and am looking for another.
I use two Rena XP4 filters and 30- 50% water change every week to week and half.
0 ammonia 0 nitrites and 5 nitrates.
Of course at the end of the year I plan on moving them all to at least a 240 hopefully a 300.

i think that thats just a little overstocked

If you are talking about me I guess it is a matter of taste they are all doing well together, and my water is immaculate.
To each his own!

Sure do. It is about month old and a few fish changes. The nic and fire mouth are in another tank and the Bifa was added.
Silvers are still in there forgot to list them although thinking about removing them. Eating all my Anubias
Also added second XP 4 Since this photo.

Some people are against overstocking, I have kept aquariums for over 20 yrs with cichlids. I kept Africans for the better part of it.
Always overstocked them. As long as quality water is maintained the fish will remain healthy and aggro is dispersed between many fish versus a single individual.
