Am I the only one who doesn't like enormous koks ?

nice FH, OP! but its kok is IMO proportionally too small for its nice body shape/color/size. in my view, an asian american, the kok must be there for a male FH to be considered as a male FH.

Honestly I prefer color over kok size. I'd rather have a flowerhorn with a lower grade because of a small kok but better color. But then, I don't breed flowerhorns either, I just like the look of them, low or high grade.
 
Needs to have some Kok IMO.
Without no kok, it is only a "Flower".

That said, the crazy huuuge ones look pretty nasty to me.

Cmon tokyogasmask, accept your FH's kok for what it is! (I've sat laughing about the use of the word for a few minutes now.) But it was said best, without a large kok its just a flower, not a flowerhorn. Although some breeders go for the extremes on these.

Most at first don't really like the big kok's, but once you take it slow you learn to love it. And then you get some that go on and on about how they love massive kok's. But you know what i for one love all kinds of kok's, small ones, fat ones, and even those monstrous ones that sometimes don't even look real. Nowadays i'll be happy to take any kok i can get. :)
