I have an account with them but haven't placed an order yet. There sock lists look pretty good. I am waiting to see something really good before I skip an order with my normal wholesalers to try them out.
The only gripe I have is that they don't demonstrate or explain how the cycling and stocking process is done (other than acclimatization). It makes some of the things they do LOOK easier than what it is. I know most of us have seen threads here where someone wants to put a shark in a 55g tank or something. I think they would get a lot more credit from hobbyists if they would explain the proper techniques rather than just showing them dropping the fish in the tank
