I have a 135g with fx5(all ceramic rings), emperor 400(mech only) and an eheim 2217. My stock is:
HRP pair (3.5" male 2.5" female)
Marbled con pair (male and female both at 3.5)
Krib pair
12 roselines (3")
4 flying fox
2 O's (3") these are temporary. They will be getting their own 90g when they hit the 6" mark.
4 angels (biggest is 5" the others smaller) these are temporary too. Im almost done setting up their species only tank.

25% water changes are done twice a week. Once a week if i work too much. I really wanna get 10 giant danios for this tank is that possible?

Your filtration sounds like more than enough to me. And a school of danios isn't going to add enough bio load to worry about. The Oscars will probably eat them though. And I'm surprised they haven't gone after the barbs and kribs.

Personally I think youre filtered fine! Got a lot of pairs in there. Id throw in some danios, but thats me and I like overfiltration as well.As long as the general temperment of the tank remains calm and the bio-load doesnt overwhelm your filtration its fine. If not Danios, go with a dozen congo, columbian, or Buenos Aire tetras. Even at 5" the "O"'s can do some damage to ur stocking, as in eating it.

Theyre too small. I might have exaggerated the size a little bit. The only thing the O's can fit in their mouth are pellets and some 1" con fry.

So adding a school of 10 giant danios is ok for now right?

I think so. Go with the GD's!

The pairs have a lot of space below. I have tons of plants(fake and real), tons of coconut, and large pieces of driftwood. The O's are actually 2"-2.5". Not big enough to do damage yet. I already have the tank but dont have the time because im training to be a supervisor and it is very time consuming.

you've got enough filtration,if you notice your fish getting stressed check your parameters .

Yeah you've got plenty of filtration for what you've got and what you're proposing, assuming there's enough room.

+1 as long as all ur levels are in check then the bio filtration is doing its job, as for mechanical as long as ur happy with the clarity then its sufficient!
