Amanda Knox - should she go?

I just have a hard time believing she did what she's alleged to have done. Plus, they have no "smoking gun" for proof. So, I don't believe she is guilty.

I hope the US don't extradict her. Instead, we should drug and put a wig on Justin Beiber and send him in her place.
 
I'll admit that I haven't had more than a passing interest in this situation but it has suddenly piqued my attention...What were the grounds for a retrial?...There could be a political poop storm if she is turned over or allowed to be taken from this country to serve a prison sentence elsewhere.
 
NO FREAKIN' WAY! She is innocent as snot.

This was the third trial. She was found innocent on the appeal, AND there was NO forensic evidence pointing to her, ever. By our treaty, the US is NOT bound to turn her over in this case, the prosecutor in Italy can request forever, but by OUR laws, it would be double jeopardy, so they are not going to return her, she won't even be arrested and held for an extradition hearing. She is out of their jurisdiction. If she's smart though, she'll never leave American soil again without checking the extradition treaties of any country she even MIGHT(emergency landing, port-of-calls) be visiting.
 
She looked ok when she was in Italy but now her hair is real short. I don't think the world would miss her
