Just quick search of the event. It sounds like a total bs. If she were too have murdered her there seems to be no evidence and just a bunch of theories being thrown around. A wikepedia said they tried to sue her parents for slander because they said in an interview that their daughter wasn't treated properly and etc. It does sound like the justice ssystem is just trying to put an end to the case by anymeans and make some $$$ . But I do not know enough to make a judgment on the actual events just that the handling on the case seems enough to dismiss it.

They don't have to extradite her. That particular country has a way of reaching out to acheive the desired results. IMO she would be safer in prison then risk having to dormire con pesci............It will make up for illegally sending Charlie Luciano back to Italy after he secured the NY ports from espunage during the war. A small token at best.
What I remember seeing after she was found guilty the first time. Was her thanking the court the Judge the people who convicted her. I couldn't understand why she was doing that...
Italy government probably didn't expect her to go on Larry King or Babara Walters when they let her go (which is kinda stuuuuupid) so now they just made up a trial found her guilty again to save their face (which is more stuuuuupid!) They like to egg their own face...
I knew about the case prior. Saw an hour special on it. There is like absolutely no evidence that she is guilty. However, there is another suspect where there is evidence that points to his guilt. But for some reason Italy doesn't want to convict him for it.
Gonna correct myself. I guess they did arrest Rudy Guede. The documentary I saw left this part out. He got a reduced sentence too. I'm willing to bet they cut him a deal and for a reduced sentence is lying that Knox and her then BF were involved. Still, absolutely no evidence she was involved.
