I recognize those fish, those look exactly like the ones Ken Davis sells. Wonder if they're a couple someone dropped off cuz they found out they probably weren't legit...
Very nice fish regardless, however.
There were three HRPs in the tank. One was on the other side hiding mostly. These two where keeping about 15 other cichlids forget what type away from a rock. That's the only reason I got them. I was about to get this 2.5in bright red Hemichromis Exsul.
I found two different pits dug into the substrate today. Makes me thing they may spawn soonish so went and got then a couple rocks for possible places to lay eggs.
